Introduction

This is a fixer-upper, interior needs to be rebuilt.

Accommodations

Chain locker in the forepeake, forward guest stateroom with a v-berth has storage under and shelving outboard.  There is a hanging locker to port.  To starboard is the guest head with vanity sink, mirror, and storage locker.  The main saloon has a straight settee to port with storage under and book shelf above.  Opposite to starboard is bench seating dinette with teak table and storage under seats and to starboard.  The l-shaped galley is to aft starboard along the passageway to the master stateroom.    Galley has a sink with hot and cold pressure water, three-burner propane stove with an oven.  Galley has storage lockers to starboard of sink and extending entire length of galley passageway, with counter space above.  At the end of the galley passageway is a pantry locker to starboard and the entry door to the large engine room to port.  The aft master stateroom has a split-v queen-sized berth that can be converted to a single queen-sized berth.  There are cabinets and bookshelves to both port and starboard.  There is a hanging locker to starboard at the entry to the stateroom.  There is an ensuite head to port with a LectraSan marine toilet, vanity sink, mirror, and storage locker.  Opposite to the galley to port in the main saloon is a teak hanging locker and navigation station with a swivel chair.

Engine

Perkins 4-108 with approx. 3,150 hours. Test run 2010.

Sails, Rigging and Winches

Storm jib, Pryde mainsail with battens, Pryde yankee with foam luff reefing, storm trysail with track on mast, Pryde steadying sail, cruising spinnaker, Pryde staysail, stainless wire standing rigging, Profurl roller furling staysail and yankee.

never used Lewmar self-tailing winches, manual backstay adjuster, manual boom vang, aluminum keel-stepped mast, boom gallows, aluminum staysail boom and traveler, mainsheet traveler, lazy jack system.
